The Latest Technology

Soft Tissue Laser Treatment

With the soft tissue laser, dentists and hygienists provide more treatment options in a less invasive manor. For a long time, tissue removal and modification was done with a scalpel. Using the laser is less painful, less traumatic, and requires less recovery time in most cases.

The laser is also used for sulcular decontamination. While the name sounds like something from a sci-fi movie, the results are very real. Patients showing signs of periodontal disease can have problem areas treated with the laser. These treatments kill the bacteria so the disease does not progress.

Sapphire Whitening – Whitening for Life Program

Sapphire Whitening achieves a better result with less sensitivity but works the same way as Zoom Whitening – with which you may already be familiar. With Sapphire, your teeth are treated with a prescription strength whitening agent, then we use the UV light for an immediate result.

Sapphire Whitening also includes enrollment in the Whitening for Life Program. In this program, we fabricate trays which are comparable to an athletic mouth guard. These trays hold our prescription strength whitening gel.

We have a variety of gels in different strengths. Some patients prefer a fast-acting gel, while others – typically those more prone to sensitivity – prefer gels that are less bold and are left on longer.

Once you’re enrolled in the Whitening for Life Program, you will receive two tubes of whitening gel. These should be good for 8 to 16 applications. People who are trying to achieve a brighter smile will whiten more frequently, while people who are maintaining brightness will do it less often.

The best part about the Whitening for Life Program is the FOR LIFE part. As long as you come in every 6 months for your checkups, cleanings and recommended X-Rays, we will give you a free tube of whitening for the rest of your life!

A State-of-the-Art Practice with a Comfortable Environment.

Medical Arts Dental goes to great lengths to have a comforting atmosphere. Our office is equipped with a beautiful waterfall as you enter and multiple massage chairs in the doctors rooms. Instead of paper, patients are given tablets to complete their registration paperwork. There are even hot towels available in case you need to clean up before you go!
